Funkanometry is a dynamic Hip Hop and Popping dance duo from Vancouver Island, Canada, formed by Jacksun Fryer and Carlow Rush. They gained recognition for their electrifying performances and gained a significant following on social media. In 2019, they were scouted for NBC's World of Dance, impressing judges Jennifer Lopez, Ne-Yo, and Derek Hough. They returned for Season 4 of the reality TV show in 2020 and gained a larger following called the "Funk Fam." Their viral dance video to "Stayin' Alive" by the Bee Gees, which has now garnered over 60 million views, led them to be scouted for America's Got Talent in 2022. They have since been reposted by Bon Jovi, Toto, Annie Lennox and Backstreet Boys. Funkanometry has also been frequently returning performers at NHL's Vancouver Canucks Games, winning the 2v2 "Open Styles" Category in June 2023. With their infectious energy and love for dance, Funkanometry hopes to grow and expand in the entertainment industry. They continue to captivate audiences with their live performances, captivating crowds at weddings, halftimes, birthdays, graduations, and corporate events. They also share their passion through captivating online videos and offer dance lessons for individuals of all ages and skill levels.
